Jess Nash is an experienced soccer executive, coach, and educator with over 15 years of leadership in club operations, coaching education, and player development. As the Executive Director of Rush Wisconsin, she leads the club’s operations and strategic growth, ensuring its long-term strength, sustainability, and success.
In addition to her role at Rush Wisconsin, Jess is the Women’s Alliance Coordinator for Rush Soccer, a Mentor in the SheChampions Mentor Program for the United States Soccer Federation, and a Coach Educator for the Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association. She has coached at multiple levels, including Olympic Development Program, Rush National Select, high school, and collegiate programs. She holds a Master of Education degree and a USSF A-Youth License, bringing a strong educational foundation to her leadership.
Prior to her time in Madison, Nash served as the Age Group Coordinator for the Bettendorf Soccer Association, Referee Assignor for the Quad Cities, and worked in First Year Experience at St. Ambrose University. Prior to this, she served as Assistant Coach at Iowa Lakes Community College Women’s Soccer Program and received her master’s degree from Iowa State University. She was also the head coach of the Spirit Lake High School varsity girls soccer team and coached with Northwest Iowa Soccer Club.
As a player, Nash attended Buena Vista University, where she served as team captain for her Junior and Senior year. Nash also worked as an intern for the Chicago Red Stars women’s soccer team during its inaugural season.
