About Rush Camps

Rush Camps are a great way to have fun in the summer while addressing your individual soccer developmental needs. Camps will focus on the fundamental skills of the game and the application of those skills to the game.

Rush aims to build character and self-confidence, develop skills, and inject a life-long love for the sport of soccer. We utilize fun and creative games and activities that promote physical fitness and wellness.

Technical Training Camp

Technical Wednesday and Friday Camp FREE for Members and Non-Members, and is designed for the meet the following.
To provide an opportunity for Rush players to work on their Individual Player Development Plans.
To provide an opportunity for club players to come out and enjoy a fun scrimmage.
To welcome players in the community who would like to experience the Rush Way.
To give enthusiastic players an additional opportunity to play the beautiful game.
Coaches will be on site to work with IDP players and supervise a scrimmage.

May Wednesday 7th, 14th, 21st – 5:45-6:30
May Friday 2nd, 9th. – 5:30-6:30

Boys and Girls Goalkeeping and Striker Camp

Our Goalkeeper and Striker camps are open to all U11-U18 year olds, both members and non-Rush members. This camp will focus on building skills in preparation for fall soccer season. 
GIRLS CAMP- July 7-10th at HWY Q Training facility
BOYS CAMP- July 21st-24th at HWY Q Training facility

5.15 Warm -up
5.25 – 6.30 Goalkeepers train with Rush goalkeeping coach
5.25 – 6.30. Strikers train with Rush team coaches
6.30 – 6.40  break
6.40 – 7.40  Strikers train against goalkeepers
7.45 – 7.50  Break
7.50 – 8.30  Go to Goal game competition – offense versus defense.

Dealing with crosses              Volleys and creative finishing
Commanding your zone         Moving the keeper during approach
Spreading and predicting.      Final third combination play opportunities
Front foot distribution              Learning to use pace, angle, and screens to your advantage
Bring snacks, and plenty of fluid for rehydration.
